The blend has been specially chosen with a high content of rice flour for a delicious light muffin with the great flavour of chocolate. A healthy treat which is high in fibre and easy to make. Ingredients:
Sugar, rice flour, modified tapioca starch, baking powder, mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, vanilla flavour, salt, xanthan gum
Makes 8 gluten free muffins. Just add water, 4 eggs and oil.
Marvellous Muffin Mix
Method:
Pour the dry mix into a bowl and mix thoroughly,
Add 90 ml of water, 4 eggs, 3 tbsps of oil and mix until smooth,
Fill the muffin molds with the mix up to 3/4 of the height,
Place in oven at 200°C for approximately 13 minutes.
Eat and enjoy!!
