Red lentil flour is made simply from grown red split lentils. They’re lightly roasted then ground into a fine flour with nothing added. Lentils are a small but nutritionally mighty member of the legume family, are a very good source of cholesterol-lowering fibre.
Dried pastas made from lentils have more protein and fibre than regular pasta. The flour can also be used to thicken sauces, make flatbread and tortillas.
